Graduated with full marks at the Faculty of Architecture of the Polytechnic University of Turin in 1997, she followed the specialization of Protection and Recovery of the Historic Artistic and Architectural Heritage, with a thesis on the recovery of industrial archeology entitled "Theatre: project option. Re-qualification of the ex Fonderie Limone Moncalieri", supervisor architect prof. Evelina Calvi.

Architect Iaria designs and directs works in both public and private sector and collaborates with other institutions for urban planning projects.

She designed for the Territorial Agency for Residential Construction in Umbria the stairway to access at the belvedere on the top of the medieval tower of the Sciri in Perugia. 

For over 10 years she has been a counselor for the investment company "Castello di Reschio", has collaborated in the drafting of numerous projects for the recovery of rural settlements, among the most important of which is the conservative restoration plan for the re-functioning of the Castello inside the Reschio estate, conducting an accurate study through an historical/archival research.

Since2018 she initiated the preliminary study for the Castello Guglielmi (Isola Maggiore of Trasimeno Lake) requalification and restauration project focused on the potential creation of a Music Academy in coordination with relevant local authorities.

She has participated in seminars and courses on technical landscape management, on the consolidation and restoration of historic and monumental buildings and bio-ecological architecture.
